Caroline Claire sees Devin Logan as the big sister she never had. That relationship started from a place of admiration, and eventually lead to both of their paths unfolding nearly identically, just seven years apart.
The two grew up in the same town on Long Island, attended the same elementary school, and attended the same ski academy three states to the north in order to take on skiing full time.
By 2012 Devin was claiming her place in the spotlight, dominating the pro circuit and consistently landing on the podium, all while Caroline watched in admiration from the school that Devin once attended herself. Everything culminated in 2014 when Devin won the first ever silver medal in Slopestyle at the Sochi Winter Olympics.
As the two grew in their careers their paths began to align and Devin became a mentor to Caroline. Soon the two held spots on the US Ski Team together, traveling the world, and competing side by side.
Both newly retired, the two are entering the next phase of their aligned paths together — exploring the mountains they’ve called home for years, this time, outside of the terrain park.
