Ushuaia is the southernmost city in Argentina, located on the coast of Tierra del Fuego Island, facing the Beagle Channel and surrounded by the Martial Glacier mountain range. It is also known as “The End of the World.”
Federico Romano, a snowboarder from Tierra del Fuego, passionate about nature and sport, spends his winters exploring the most remote and iconic mountains around Ushuaia, riding down them in search of the most technical lines and performing various tricks.
“PATAGONIA SUR” portrays the city of Ushuaia in a poetic and unique way — that corner of the world caught between the sea and the mountains. A city that seems frozen in time, unmoved by the passing years, where the only thing that truly changes is the people who live there.
