2025 iF3 Movie Awards Winners

2025 iF3 Movie Awards Winners

Following four fun-filled days of premieres, parties and activations in the shadow of the
already snowy mountains that surround Whistler, British Columbia, Canada, the 18th
edition of the iF3 Festival concluded on Saturday evening with the iF3 Movie Awards.

The awards gala, which was hosted by the Low Pressure Podcast’s Mark Warner and
professional snowboarder Darrah Reid-McLean, went down in front of a capacity crowd
at the Maury Young Arts Centre, and was streamed live on festivalif3.com.
Over the course of the event, 25 awards were bestowed upon various ski and
snowboard films and athletes, following the iF3 Jury—which consisted of Forecast Ski
Magazine’s Jeff Schmuck, renowned ski filmmaker Jake Strassman, and longtime
professional freeskiers Will Wesson and Nat Segal on the ski side of things, and
filmmaker Ralph Samson, industry veterans Guillaume Morisset and Hugues
Beauchamp, and snowsports marketing expert Jen Girardi on the snowboard panel—
collectively watching and judging over 31 hours of ski and snowboard movies after a
record-breaking grand total of 133 film projects were submitted to the iF3 Festival.

About iF3

The International Freesports Film Festival was founded in 2007 to recognize and celebrate the excellence in freeskiing & freeriding. It is the biggest festival tour of its kind, travelling the globe to present the world’s best mountain bike, ski & snowboard movies of the year. The festival’s reputation and recognition stem from being the only independent ski film award ceremony with an international and diverse jury panel in which not only athletic performances are rewarded. In fact, a major part of the gala is dedicated to the artistry and production work involved in bringing, mountain bike films, ski films, and snowboard films to life.
