Nowhere Now Here- The title of the project is an example of how people have different perspectives in this world.
Depending on the viewer or reader NOWHERE can appear as NO WHERE or NOW HERE, depending on who reads the letters it will be interpreted in different ways. Just like the world and everything going on around us. The way something appears to someone can be interpreted in a totally different light by another.
I felt like at a point in my life I was No Where, mentally not present and lacking direction. Through skiing I have learned so much about life, experienced traveling the world, and made lifelong friendships. Skiing has given me so much. It has helped me on the path to discovering who I truly am as a person. Skiing has given me direction and purpose. I feel like I have learned to be present or "Now Here" in life through skiings teachings.
My earlier years in life were tough. I feel like I came from No Where to Now Here with skiing.
