After over a decade as a professional skier, Ian Hamilton questions the meaning and value of his time pursuing skiing. He falls asleep as he reflects on his time as a skier, only to awake in a dream, confronted by his younger self who proceeds to show him the lessons that skiing has taught him. The film proceeds through the lessons of creativity and passion, friendship and shared experience, and concludes with nature and mindfulness. Young Ian ends with the the advice that it is not enough to learn lessons then relax and enjoy them. You must pass them on and share your wisdom and love with the world.
