After travelling the world for competitions the past 14 years, with the constant pressure of being assessed, judged and scored with a results outcome, Hedvig needed space. The mayhem and uncertainty of being a competition athlete is exhausting, both physically and mentally. The constant noise and stress takes its toll and leaves you fatigued.

Hedvig needs to find silence in the mountains, getting back into a positive headspace. She needs to follow her dreams, creating ski films and pushing herself in the big mountain away from the competition environment.

Headspace will show the journey of Hedvig Wessel’s life through the eyes and voices of sport experts, psychologists, and important individuals in Hedvig’s career. Showing what fear, set- backs, injuries, and sacrifices really looks like.
