Wild, isolated and unpredictable, the Svalbard archipelago is an extraordinary destination for skiers who dream of adventure and freedom. The members of the Ubac Images team set themselves the challenge of crossing ice floes and glaciers by ski pulling their pulkas, with the dream of skiing lines in the heart of the Arctic in total autonomy. To make this quest even more intense and committed, they also chose to promote alternative mobility. Outside time and civilization, beyond hardship and isolation, this expedition is a true epic adventure through one of the most wild but fragile environments on the planet.
Physically and mentally demanding, yet also deeply introspective and initiatory, this journey took on various forms.
