Nuvsvåg, Northern Norway, is a small village at the end of the road, where the Scandinavian mountains meet the North Atlantic ocean. Long overlooked by skiers due to its remoteness, this is truly the final frontier of backcountry adventures in a country renowned for its strong ski-touring culture.
Join Swedish skiers Jacob Wester, Emil Granbom and Lovisa Rosengren on their quest to put their tracks on Middagsfjellet, a mountain previously unskied, despite its ever-present silhouette overlooking the town. Faced with marginal conditions on arrival, the team searches every nook for good snow, and the question lingers - will there be safe enough conditions for this wild undertaking, so far from civilization?
