For three friends, adventure is first and foremost a state of mind. Their bold undertaking: to cross the entire Pyrenees mountain range in the heart of winter, linking the Mediterranean to the Atlantic. On the map, it's a 700 km line; in reality, a promise of total immersion, on skis and fully self-supported.
The film chronicles their 50-day expedition, where the quest for the wild intertwines with human adventure. Each morning, the beauty of the landscape revealed outside their tent is met with capricious weather and unknown massifs. It is the story of a friendship put to the test, marked by doubt, an unbreakable bond, and laughter that echoes in the silence.
Driven by a single image—their feet finally treading the ocean sand—they press on, no matter the cost. An epic journey that culminates on the beach of Hendaye, as their skis touch the sand before a final, long-awaited plunge into the sea.
