Noah Wetzel LLC: The Grizzly Column Project
The GRIZZLY COLUMN Project" features award-winning photographer NOAH WETZEL and his 140-hour pursuit of a unique skiing image in late May 2023 in Alta, Utah with TOM WALLISCH - a global freeskiing icon and pioneer, X-Games Gold Medalist, DEW Tour Champion, ESPN’s Action Sports Athlete of the Year 2012’, and NBC Olympic Commentator/X-Games Commentator).
This project showcases an amazing behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to capture and create world-class imagery and fine art photography, along with the level of detail and communication needed between an athlete and photographer. From the planning process and how the idea develops into the final concept, to the 44 hits on the feature Tom performed in complete darkness on the first night of shooting the action; this documentary showcases action and humor, along with some of the complex camera details such as aerial flash lighting, bringing this dream to life!
