'FACE IT' is an experimental movie illustrating an inner journey inside the darker aspect of one's psyche. In the context of a shamanic ceremony, the protagonist then enters a dream-like state guided by the voice of a shaman (medicine woman) : he has to confront his deepest fears through pushing his limits in the mountains and internally facing his own shadow, represented by symbolic imagery. In the second part of the film, what appeared dark and painful at first transforms into another form and a song emerges out of the depths, carrying a message of faith, love and compassion.
