Shirokuro is a short black and white ski film featuring young Australian freeskier Finn Jacobsen, filmed across Honshu and Hokkaido, Japan.
Focused on texture, sound, snow and the quiet moments between movement, the film explores what remains when colour falls away. Through deliberate sound design and poetic Japanese voice overlay, Shirokuro reflects on contrast, silence and the richness that lives between black and white.
Filmed and directed by Dylan Robinson.
