Frequency traces the history of the first 100% female Backcountry ski and snowboard event and competition: the Sister Summit. Sister Summit is a seven-day backcountry event bringing together skiers, snowboarders, female media teams, female guides, female cat drivers, and a female speaker series to raise the feminine frequency.
